EVIDENCE 015
Second appeal to YouTube: the anomaly was still there
Weeks after my first request for manual review, the same distribution failure was still visible across geography, impressions and first-hours performance. So I documented it again and contacted YouTube a second time.
My second public appeal to YouTube documented that the same distribution anomaly persisted across multiple independent YouTube Studio views, including geography, impressions and prolonged periods with zero views.
The first appeal changed nothing.
So I tried again.
This time I attached several different YouTube Studio views showing the same problem from different angles: persistent geographic mismatch, almost nonexistent impression testing, and new uploads sitting for hours without a single view.
The screenshots below are the evidence that accompanied that second appeal.
